1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for both in-store and online purchases:

• Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and other major credit cards.
• PayPal: Secure online payment through PayPal.
• Bank Transfer: For certain orders, we may accept direct bank transfers. Please contact us for further details.
• Cash: Accepted for in-store purchases only.
• Gift Cards: Fyntrao gift cards can also be used as payment both in-store and online.

2. Payment Security

Your security is important to us. We use industry-standard encryption technology to ensure that your payment details are safe and secure. For online transactions, we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to protect sensitive information.

3. Order Processing & Payment Confirmation

• Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email, including an order number and payment receipt.
• For credit card payments, your card will be charged immediately after you place your order.
• If you choose bank transfer, your order will be processed once we confirm receipt of your payment. Please note that bank transfers may take a few days to be processed.

4. Currency

All payments are processed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) unless otherwise specified. For international customers, the payment amount will be converted based on the exchange rate at the time of payment.

5. Payment Issues

If there is an issue with processing your payment, we will contact you promptly. Please make sure your payment details are accurate, and ensure there are sufficient funds or credit available. 6. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds: If a refund is requested, it will be issued to the original payment method.
• Cancellations: Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
