1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase (for in-store purchases) or the date of delivery (for online orders).
  • Condition of Items: The item(s) must be in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with the original tags attached and the packaging intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, order confirmation email, or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • Intimate Apparel: For hygiene reasons, items such as lingerie or swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  • In-store Returns: Visit our store at G/F, Pinewood, 52 Lion Rock Road, Kowloon City, Hong Kong with your proof of purchase and the item(s) you wish to return. Our staff will assist you with the return process.
  • Online Returns: To return an item purchased online, please contact us at [email protected] or call +852 2716 1638 to request a return authorization. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Refund Method: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your refund. Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order and return part or all of the order, the original shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for items of equal value, subject to availability. To exchange an item, please follow the same procedure as a return. If the exchange involves a price difference, the difference will either be refunded or charged accordingly.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

We will provide a full refund or exchange at no additional cost, including return shipping. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item when you contact us.

7. International Returns

For international returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The same return and refund conditions apply. Please note that customs duties or taxes may apply to returns from international orders, and these costs will not be refunded by Fyntrao.
