• Handling Time: After processing, orders will be packed and shipped out. Please allow additional time for order fulfillment during peak seasons or sales events.

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:

• Local (Hong Kong) Shipping:
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 1-2 business days for urgent orders.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over HKD 500 (local addresses only).
• International Shipping:
  • We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping times and costs vary based on the destination. Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days depending on the country.
  • Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Shipping Costs

• Domestic Shipping (Hong Kong):
  • Shipping fees for domestic orders depend on the weight and size of your order, as well as the chosen shipping method. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
• International Shipping:
  • International shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, and size of the order. You will see the shipping fees during checkout before completing your purchase.
• Free Shipping:
  • Enjoy free local shipping on orders over HKD 500 (within Hong Kong).

4. Delivery Tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track the status of your shipment. You can use this information to monitor your order’s progress.
• For international shipments, please note that tracking updates may take longer to reflect due to customs processing.

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be unforeseen delays due to reasons beyond our control, such as weather, customs, or high demand during peak seasons. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Fyntrao is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. 7. Delivery to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers

• Hong Kong: We are able to deliver to PO boxes and parcel lockers within Hong Kong.
• International Orders: Delivery to PO boxes or parcel lockers may not be available depending on the shipping carrier and destination country.

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or if you believe your order is missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will assist you in investigating the issue and resolving it promptly.

• Damaged Items: Please provide photos of the damaged items and packaging when contacting us.
• Missing Items: If an item is missing from your order, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and ensure the item is delivered or refunded.

9. Returns Due to Delivery Issues

If a delivery issue arises, such as a wrong delivery address, missed delivery, or refusal of the shipment, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees and any additional costs incurred. If your package is returned to us due to delivery issues, we will contact you to resolve the issue.
